Terms governing use of the TradeApps public website and website-provided reference material.
Reference and productivity use
TradeApps products and website materials are intended as reference and productivity resources for professional use. They are not legal advice and do not replace the official text of statutes, regulations, orders, licenses, authorizations, agency publications, contracts, or other controlling authorities.
No definitive compliance determination
TradeApps does not determine whether a particular item, party, destination, activity, shipment, transfer, import, export, reexport, retransfer, transaction, authorization, or course of conduct is lawful, licensable, exempt, excepted, admissible, sanctioned, or otherwise compliant. Users remain responsible for reviewing the applicable facts and controlling authorities.
Authoritative sources control
TradeApps may organize, index, summarize, or link to regulatory and agency material. If TradeApps-generated content differs from an authoritative source, the authoritative source controls. TradeApps-generated summaries, labels, navigation aids, and workflow tools are not U.S. Government guidance.
Changes in law and guidance
Regulations, agency guidance, policies, forms, systems, and official interpretations may change. TradeApps is designed to support maintained reference content, but no website or application can guarantee that every change will be reflected immediately. Users should review the underlying source when timing or legal effect matters.
Third-party and government links
Links to U.S. Government and third-party websites are provided for convenience and source access. TradeApps does not control external websites and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Government unless expressly stated otherwise by the applicable government entity.
App-store purchases and subscriptions
When a TradeApps application is purchased or subscribed to through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another distribution platform, payment processing, billing administration, and applicable store-level refund procedures are handled under that platform’s terms and policies. Product-specific terms or disclosures may also apply.
Intellectual property
The TradeApps name, TradeApps branding, website design, original product organization, and other original TradeApps materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Government regulations, statutes, and other public-domain government materials remain subject to their applicable legal status and are not claimed by TradeApps as proprietary government text.
Website availability
TradeApps may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue website features or product information as products evolve. Temporary outages, maintenance, third-party service interruptions, or source-system changes may affect availability.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as TradeApps products, website features, distribution methods, or supporting services change. The current revision date will be displayed on this page.
